Sheep pulmonary adenomatosis had been observed from El Giza Governate. The process was interstitial pneumonia rather than neoplastic growth. Immunohistochemical studies demonstrated that, T-lymphocytes play no roles in the immune process of sheep p < strong>ulmonary adenomatosis observed. Cellular immunity was represented by B-lymphocyte, plasma cells, and mononuclear macrophage reaction.
