In this study equine sarcoid had been diagnosed in thirteen cases of adult Egyptian donkeys of varying ages and sexes presented to the Clinic of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, at Assiut. Diagnosis was based upon clinical, macromorphological and histopathological findings. Surgical excision was recommen ded, however recurrances were common.
