Sixty intestinal samples of broiler chickens 4-6 weeks old were collected from private chicken farms in Assiut Governorate, direct microscopic examination of intestinal and cecal smeares revealed that 75 % of samples were positive to either intestinal/cecal or even mixed coccidiosis. 30 samples (50 %.
